This Privacy Policy explains how All-in-One PDF Tools & Reader ("the App") handles information when you use the App.
We designed the App with privacy in mind. The App provides PDF reading and PDF tools primarily on your device and does not require you to create an account or sign up for an online service.
The App does not collect, sell, or transmit your personal information to our servers.
The App does not require an account, registration, or sign-in.
We do not operate a server that receives the documents you process using the App.
PDF files and other documents you open or process with the App are handled on your device.
Your documents are not uploaded to our servers for processing. Documents may include private or sensitive information such as identity documents, contracts, financial documents, examination results, or other personal files. The App is designed so that these files remain on your device unless you explicitly choose to share, export, or save them using another application or service.
The PDF reading and document-processing features are designed to work without an internet connection. Turning off mobile data or Wi-Fi does not prevent the core PDF tools from processing files locally on your device.
The App does not use an online server to upload your documents for conversion or processing.
When you create, convert, edit, merge, split, compress, sign, or otherwise process a document, the resulting file is saved on your device when you choose to save it.
Depending on your device and Android version, files may be saved through Android's file picker or to a folder such as Downloads.
When you enter a password to open or protect a PDF, the password is used for the requested operation on your device.
We do not collect or store your PDF passwords on our servers.
The App may allow you to add a signature by drawing with your finger, entering your name, or selecting an image. Signature information is used to perform the requested document operation on your device.
The App does not upload your signature or signed document to our servers.
The App may provide tools for opening and verifying digitally signed PDF documents. These operations are performed as part of the App's document processing functionality.
The App does not use third-party analytics services to track your use of the App.
The App does not display third-party advertising.
Reading PDFs is provided free of charge. Some additional PDF tools may require a one-time purchase.
Purchases are processed through Google Play. We do not receive or store your Google Play payment card information.
Information related to purchases may be handled by Google Play according to Google's own terms and privacy policies.
The App may provide Android sharing or export functionality. If you choose to share a document with another application, website, cloud storage provider, messaging service, or other third party, that service may receive the file according to your action and its own privacy policy.
The App does not automatically upload your documents to third-party services.
The App may request Android permissions or use Android system file selection mechanisms when necessary to allow you to open, create, save, or share documents.
Permissions are used only for the functionality that requires them.
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children or other users.
Because document processing is performed on your device, your documents are not sent to our servers for processing.
You are responsible for protecting access to your device and for deciding where you save or share your documents.
The App may rely on Android system functionality and Google Play for distribution and purchases. Those services may process information according to their own policies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the App or applicable requirements.
When changes are made, the updated policy will be published at this URL with a new "Last updated" date.
